We offer a variety of flow yoga, stretching and meditation classes with different themes, focal points and levels of intensity.

Many of our classes do not require activewear, showering or the use of equipment. Every class is tailored to your facilities, schedule and employee needs.

All of our teachers are certified, as well as carefully selected to represent the energy we would like to bring into your space. They are there to listen to your needs and will tailor each class according to levels of practice.

We  host the classes in your office, allowing your employees to stay at the premise. Whether you have a large office with many meeting rooms, or operate in a small co-working space – we will find an optimal way to practice.

In case you do not have mats or yoga blocks, we offer both for rental or sale.

Active stretching and meditation classes can be attended without any equipment or activewear.
